Refund Policy
Cancellation & Refund Policy for All Summer Camps (between June - August 2026)
We understand that cancellations happen and will do our best to find another camper to replace your child's spot, according to the terms described below. Please plan accordingly prior to registering - Thank you!
CANCELLATION POLICY FOR 2026:
Non-refundable Deposit: All registrations include a non-refundable deposit of $75 per camper per week.
Cancellations prior to 30 days before the first day of camp week will receive a full refund minus the $75 non-refundable deposit.
Cancellations 2-4 weeks before the first day of camp week will receive a 50% refund minus the non-refundable deposit.
Cancellation requests received two weeks or less prior to your camp week will not receive a refund.
Transfers and Credits:
You may request to transfer your child to another available camp week (space permitting) up to 2 weeks before your registered camp week. All registrations are non-transferable to another camper.
If your child is sick or unable to participate in the full camp, please email don@sunstarfarmforkids.com asap. We may be able to transfer to another week or issue a credit yet may require documentation.
As far as non-attendance is concerned: no refunds will be made in connection with late cancellations, late arrivals, early withdrawals, last-minute vacations, injuries, illness, or dismissals do to unacceptable behavior. Missed days are not refunded or transferrable.
Camp will not be cancelled for typical summer conditions (heat and rain) as we modify our activities as needed. Although unlikely, if we needed to cancel a camp week or date (you will receive a full refund or credit.).
