Refund Policy
Registration fees are non-refundable.
All other payments made to Southfield AfterCare & Summer Programs are subject to the following refund policy:
-Requests for refunds must be submitted in writing.
-Refunds are not guaranteed and are subject to review and approval by Southfield School leadership.
-Approval of a refund may take into consideration program commitments, staffing, materials, and other expenses already incurred on behalf of the participant.
-If a program or activity is canceled by Southfield School, families will be notified regarding applicable refunds or credits.
-Approved refunds will be processed according to the school’s established payment and accounting procedures.
Southfield School reserves the right to make final determinations regarding all refund requests.
