Refund Policy
In case of cancellation, if we are notified in writing or by email by April 1, 2026, the cancellation fee is $100, with the remainder of the deposit available for refund or application to another reservation. If cancellation occurs between April 1 and June 1, the cancellation fee is the full deposit ($300 for 3-night sessions and $600 for all other sessions.) Cancellation after June 1st will result in the forfeiture of fees paid. Last minute cancellations for medical reasons cannot be refunded but may be applied to an alternate session in 2026 or 2027. Refunds will be processed at the end of July, when the camp season is finished.
