Refund Policy
Refund & Cancellation Policies
At Wilderness Adventure at Eagle Landing, our policies reflect our upfront investment in staffing, specialized equipment, and program planning. Because we maintain small group sizes and sessions fill quickly, cancellations often prevent others from attending. Please review the specific policies for our three program areas below.
1. Overnight Summer Camp
Note: We strongly recommend purchasing travel insurance and refundable airline tickets, as these may reimburse you for losses that fall outside of our refund windows.
General Cancellations
Before April 1: Full refund, less a $75 processing fee.
Between April 1 and 30 days prior to session: Refund of tuition, less the 25% deposit.
Within 30 days of session: No refund will be given for general cancellations.
Injury or Illness (Credit Policy)
Within 30 days of start date: If a cancellation is due to a non-preexisting illness or injury (documented by a physician), we will apply all amounts withheld as a credit toward future tuition, less a $75 processing fee and any non-recoverable outfitter fees.
During a camp session: If a participant is sent home due to a non-preexisting illness or injury, a pro-rated credit will be applied toward future tuition, less a $75 fee and non-recoverable outfitter fees.
Expiration: All credits for illness or injury must be used within 12 months of the original session date.
Behavioral Issues & No-Shows
No-Shows: Any participant who fails to arrive for their session without prior written notice is considered a "No-Show." No refunds or credits will be issued.
