Refund Policy
To register for one of our camp programs, a non-refundable and non-transferable deposit is required. This deposit is due at the time of registration to reserve a spot. Balances are due by the payment deadline date.

Cancellations prior to the payment deadline date will receive a refund less the non-refundable deposit. For any cancellations after the payment deadline date, refunds may be considered at the discretion of the Camp Director if a replacement for the open spot is found. These requests must be made in writing to the Camp Director.
