Refund Policy
CANCELLATION/RESCHEDULE:
1. At least 90 days prior to the event, a full refund less a $50 administration fee will be issued.
2. Less than 90 days prior to the event, a cancellation fee equal to the deposit will be charged.
3. Under special circumstances, an event may be rescheduled with the approval of the Executive Director. If the event is rescheduled, the deposit less 5% or $100 (whichever is greater) rescheduling fee will be transferred to the new event. User groups may only reschedule once in a calendar year.
