Refund Policy
Camp Refund Policy
Deposits are non-refundable and non-transferable.
Cancellations:
60 or more days before the camp session start date: Refund, minus the deposit, will be issued.
Less than 60 days before the camp session start date: No refund will be issued.
Additional Notes:
All refunds will be issued via the original payment method, unless otherwise specified.
Refunds may take up to 14 business days to process.
Camp sessions are held regardless of weather conditions. If the camp cancels a session due to weather or other unforeseen circumstances, a full refund or credit will be issued.
Administrative fees of $50 may be deducted from refunds.
Transfer Policy:
If a camper needs to transfer to a different camp session, please notify us as soon as possible.
Transfers are subject to availability and will incur a $50 administrative fee.
Deposits are non-transferable.
