Refund Policy
This policy governs the cancellation of a camper's registration and the resulting eligibility for a refund of fees paid to Camp Neotez.
1. Non-Refundable Deposit
All camp registrations require a non-refundable deposit of $75.00 per camper, per session, is due at the time of registration.
This deposit is used to secure the camper's spot, cover administrative costs, and is not refundable under any circumstances, including cancellation or withdrawal.
2. General Cancellation Deadlines
Refunds are based on the date the written cancellation request is received by Camp Neotez via email at campneotez@gmail.com.
Cancellation Timeline:
7 Days or More Before Session Start Date - All camp fees paid, minus the non-refundable deposit ($75.00 ), will be refunded (Full Refund).
Less than 7 Days before Session Start Date - No refunds will be issued. The full tuition (all fees paid) is forfeited.
