Camp Hillel Cancellation and Refund Policy

UNTIL APRIL 1ST
A full refund is available for cancellations through March 31, 2026, minus a $150 administrative fee. This policy also applies to reducing a registration from full summer to partial weeks.

AFTER APRIL 1ST
Cancellation or reduction of weeks of registration between April 1, 2026 and April 30, 2026 will result in a 50% refund of the full registration amount.

AFTER MAY 1ST
No refund or credit will be issued for any cancellation on or after May 1, 2025.

Camp Hillel will accommodate registration adjustments (switching weeks) when space permits. Please note, registrations are not transferable between campers.

Please note, Camp Hillel does not have a financial assistance program
We impose a convenience fee on credit cards that is not greater than our cost of acceptance. The convenience fee for use of a credit card is 3%
