Refund Policy

There will be a non-refundable deposit of $100 for R Camp, SWOC and Teen Camp campers due at registration.

All volunteers will be asked to pay a deposit of $70 at registration.

All junior volunteers will be required to pay a $70 deposit fee that will go towards their $270 registration fee if they are approved. All junior volunteers who are unapproved will receive a full refund.

There will be a 3% service fee for all credit card payments and a 1.5% service fee for ACH. There is no service fee for debit cards or E-checks.

You will be responsible to pay for any fees accrued on your account. For example, ACH Return fees, Chargeback fees, etc.
