Refund Policy
All reservations will be on a first-come, first-serve basis and require a NON-REFUNDABLE DEPOSIT due at the time of the reservation. In case of cancellation, all refund requests must be submitted by email to campsacramento@cityofsacramento.org.
Reservation deposits are non-refundable.
Customers are eligible for a 100% refund of total reservation costs (minus the non-refundable deposit) if reservations are canceled after April 1, 2026, but before May 1, 2026.
Customers are eligible for a 50% refund of total reservation costs (minus the non-refundable deposit) if reservations are canceled May 1, 2026, through June 1, 2026.
Customers are no longer eligible for any refund after June 1, 2026, without exception.
