Refund Policy
Cancellation & Refund Policy

This policy applies to all payments made online for Biking Buds summer camp registration (i.e., full-day, half-day, and after-care).

Full Refund (Minus Deposit): A refund of the total tuition paid, minus a non-refundable deposit of $100, will be issued for cancellations requested more than 30 days prior to the start date of the registered camp week.

Partial Refund: A refund of 50% of the total tuition paid, minus the non-refundable deposit, will be issued for cancellations requested between 14 and 30 days prior to the start date of the registered camp week. Registered weeks of camp can be changed to other weeks in the summer, pending availability, or issued as a future credit.

No Refund: No refunds will be issued for cancellations requested 7 days or less prior to the start date of the registered camp week, or for non-attendance, early withdrawal, or dismissals from the program.

Processing Time: All approved refunds will be processed within 10 business days of receiving the written cancellation request.

Last Word: With these clear expectations set, know that as parents ourselves, we at Biking Buds understand what can happen to even the best laid plans. In the case of camper cancellation, we will try our best to find a win-win solution.

Note: Biking Buds reserves the right to cancel specific programs due to lack of registration, or other unforeseen reasons.
