Camp Crusader Financial Policy
Please read the following information carefully.


FEES

REGISTRATION FEE
• $50 per camper, automatically applied at checkout.
• Non-refundable
• Includes 5 camp t-shirts
• Must be paid at checkout.
• Waitlisted families do not pay the Registration Fee at checkout. The Registration Fee is paid when a seat is offered.

WEEKLY FEE
• $325 per week per child, for the first child
• $310 for each additional child. Discounted rate will be applied to any weeks that two or more siblings are registered to attend.
• Automatically withdrawn from bank account or credit card (customer’s choice) the Sunday before the reserved week

LUNCH FEE
• $40 per child, per week
• Optional, weekly service

CHANGE IN RESERVATION FEES
• 75% of the cost of the reserved week if canceled more than 2 weeks prior to the start of the reserved week
• 100% of the cost of the reserved week if canceled 2 weeks or less prior to the start of the reserved week

REQUEST A CHANGE IN RESERVATION
• Email camp.crusader@crcs.org to request a Change in Reservation
• All changes in reservation are subject to a fee. See Fees for details.

WAITLIST
• Families may join the waitlist at no cost.
• Once an open seat is offered, a family has 24 hours to accept the seat offered to them and/or pay the Registration Fee to reserve their seat. After 24 hours, the seat will be released and offered to the next family on the waitlist.
