Refund Policy
A $500 deposit is required to reserve a camper’s spot at BeatNest Overnight Camp. All deposits are non-refundable.
If you need to cancel your registration, please notify BeatNest in writing as soon as possible. Any payments made beyond the initial $500 deposit are subject to the following policy:
Cancellations made 60 or more days before camp: Payments beyond the non-refundable deposit will be refunded.
Cancellations made 30–59 days before camp: 50% of payments beyond the non-refundable deposit will be refunded.
Cancellations made fewer than 30 days before camp: No refunds will be issued.
Once camp begins, no refunds will be provided for early departure, dismissal, missed days, or a camper’s decision not to participate.
If BeatNest cancels the camp, families will receive a full refund of all payments made, including the deposit.
By registering, families acknowledge and agree to this refund and cancellation policy.
