Refund Policy
Cancellation/Refund: Our typical cancellation policies will not apply if the coronavirus is still a concern. We do not expect as many issues this coming summer. As your camp week approaches, if you feel uncomfortable sending your camper to Beloved Camp due to coronavirus concerns or if your camper has an illness, please email glen@belovedandbeyond to cancel your registration and cc office@belovedandbeyond.org as well.

PLEASE do not send anyone to camp who is sick for the protection of all or our campers.

WHAT IS YOUR SUMMER CAMP REFUND POLICY?
Summer camp fees are fully refundable (except the non-refundable camp registration deposit) up to 3 weeks prior to arrival date. (Preferably by May 15th). Please email us your refund request and our response will be confirmation that we have received your email. If you do not hear from us then we have not received your request. All postmarked requests (prior to the cut-off date) will be honored.
• Emergencies: If you have a medical or family emergency and are unable to attend camp please contact us as soon as possible. We will do our best to accommodate you, however refunds are at the discretion of the camp director. Typically refunds are granted for medical emergencies.
• Last minute cancellations: If and only if we have a waiting list and can fill your spot, will we refund camp fees paid other than the non-refundable portion. We depend heavily on camper fees annually.
• Refunds will NOT be given if:
◦ A child is sent home due to behavioral issues or sickness/injury.
◦ A camper decides to drop out of the program or leaves early/before the end of camp.
◦ Inclement weather delays for the safety of all


WAITING LIST

If there is no space available for the camp session you request, you may sign up for a waiting list for that session with no deposit required. We register many campers and volunteers off the waiting lists each year, so don’t lose heart. When a space becomes available, we will call you and leave a message. You will be given a set period of time to contact the registration department to claim this spot. We will fill spots with the first available person in most instances.

Please make sure we have up-to-date contact information in your account so we can get in touch with you!

You will be given three options:

1. Cancel and donate what you have paid to Beloved and Beyond to help support our ministry. (Donations are tax deductible.)
2. Cancel and roll over your registration and paid fees to next summer.
3. Cancel and request a full refund(less the non-refundable deposit). Please note: Refunds may take some time to process and there will be a small administrative fee of $25 held back to cover expenses and our credit card transaction costs.
