Refund Policy:
We understand that plans can change! To help accommodate our families:
Cancellations made 30 days or more before your program start date will receive a full refund minus a $25 processing fee.
Cancellations made within 30 days of the program start date are not eligible for a refund.
If your camper cannot attend due to illness or an emergency, please contact us as soon as possible. We may be able to offer a credit toward a future session.
Please note that no-shows or early departures from the program do not qualify for a refund.
