Refund Policy
Prior to May 1: A full refund minus the $25 deposit + $5 registration fee will be issued for all cancellations made by May 1st.
After May 1: a full refund minus the $25 deposit and $5 registration fee will only be given with written verification from a physician of illness or injury.
You can, however, transfer to a different session that your camper is eligible (up to 2 weeks prior to the start of that session). To transfer, there is a $5 fee to move camps, but simply email our camp registrar, Niki, at campootboffice@gmail.com
If your camper is unable to attend a different week, your fees can be held for next year's camp.
