Refund Policy
A non-refundable enrollment deposit of $500 of Tuition is due at the signing of this Agreement. Under no circumstances will this deposit be returned to you. This Agreement may be canceled by you by providing written notice of the Camper's withdrawal, which notice must be received by the Director of Auxiliary Programs on or before May 31, 2026. If notice is received on or before May 31, 2026, you will be released from any further financial obligations under this Agreement, but the non-refundable deposit will not be returned.
After June 1, 2026, you are obligated to pay all tuition, fees, and expenses, including the Tuition and Fees above regardless of whether the Camper is absent, on leave, or withdraws from the Summer Program, or is excluded or dismissed before the end of the 2026 summer program year. Any outstanding balance will become immediately due and payable if the Camper withdraws or is dismissed from the program.
If a Camper is not able to attend due to visa issues and the family has proof of two attempts for acquisition, tuition will be refunded, less the deposit.
All camps are subject to running based on enrollment. A determination will be made by June 1, 2026, and all parents or guardians will be notified accordingly.
