GENERAL INFORMATION:
Non-public (homeschooled, private schooled) students must reside in either Berrien, Cass or VanBuren county and be 5 years of age by Sept. 1st of this academic year. Email hspdocuments@shamrocks.us for a waiver if born between Sept. 2 and Dec. 1st of 2021. The only public school students eligible are those enrolled in BSPS, BS Virtual Academy and Berrien Bookshark.
Enter the username and password you created for your account here. A separate registration password may be required during registration to access the schedule of classes. Students returning from last semester will have already received the password. New, non-public school students must submit the birth certificate and Special Services form in order to receive the password. Those instructions and the link to that form can be found on the Registration tab on our website.
Once registration is open, first choose the categories of your class(es), then the related classes will show on the next page. If you need to change classes or categories, be sure to use the back arrow and deselect all before continuing. Click "next" to get to the next page. Follow the instructions at the top of each page. After your order is complete, you may still edit your classes before the semester begins.
IMPORTANT SPECIFIC INSTRUCTIONS: CHOOSE THE CORRECT PATHWAY WHEN REGISTERING OR RISK CANCELLATION:
Homeschool/Private School students: Grades K-12 may choose up to 4 classes but not more than 1 class per category as listed such as Art, Dance, Music, Phys Ed, etc.
BSPS On-Campus Full-Time students: Grades K-12 may choose 1 class.
Virtual Academy students: Grades 6-12 may choose 1-2 classes, in different categories, as allowed by the Director.
BookShark students: Grades K-8 must choose 2 classes. Only for students enrolled in BookShark full-time curriculum through Amy Scott.
NOTE: Non-public students (homeschool and private school) who register after 5 p.m. on Aug. 7th in any other pathway will have their registration canceled and will need to wait until the following semester to register. If you do not fill out each form required, select at least one class, click 'Complete Order' AND receive an email with your schedule confirmation, your student is NOT considered to be registered.
