We use this information to:
-Register campers
-Provide safe programs and individualized support
-Communicate with caregivers

UltraCamp as a Service Provider:

UltraCamp securely stores data on our behalf.
Data may be stored on servers outside Canada, including the United States.
UltraCamp’s security standards meet Alberta’s Personal Information Protection Act (PIPA) requirements.

Sharing Information:
-We only share personal information when necessary, such as with:
-Medical professionals in an emergency
-Transportation providers (limited details)
-Insurers or regulators when legally required
