Through UltraCamp, we collect only the information needed for camp operations, including:
-Camper and caregiver contact details
-Medical, accessibility, and support information
-Emergency contacts
-Consent forms
-Staff/volunteer application information
-Payment and donation details (if applicable)
How We Use Information
We use this information to:
-Register campers
-Provide safe programs and individualized support
-Communicate with caregivers
-Respond to emergencies
-Manage staffing and volunteer requirements
-Process payments and issue receipts
-We do not sell or trade personal information
UltraCamp as a Service Provider:
UltraCamp securely stores data on our behalf.
Data may be stored on servers outside Canada, including the United States.
UltraCamp’s security standards meet Alberta’s Personal Information Protection Act (PIPA) requirements.
Sharing Information:
-We only share personal information when necessary, such as with:
-Medical professionals in an emergency
-Transportation providers (limited details)
-Insurers or regulators when legally required
