This Privacy Policy explains how Norwegian Bay Farms, dba Swans Trail Farms ("we," "us," or "our") collects, uses, and protects personal information specifically for farmer camp registrations through UltraCamp. Camper and Parent/Guardian Information

Camper's name, age, and grade
Parent/guardian contact information (email, phone number, address)

Payment Information
Payments are securely processed through UltraCamp and Square (for onsite processing). We do not store full credit card numbers on our servers.
Automatically Collected Information
We may collect IP addresses and device/browser information only to improve registration platform functionality.

Process camper registration and payments
Communicate about camp activities, schedule changes, reminders, and safety updates
