Welcome to The Park Summer Day Camp online registration system!
Registration for our Six-Week Summer Day Camp and All-Star Camps opens on January 4, 2024 at 6:00am EST! Space is extremely limited! Thank you for your interest in our program.
To access account management features, you must first create an account. If you already have an account, you may access it by entering your username (typically your email address) and password below.

**PLEASE TAKE NOTE OF OUR CAMP POLICIES FOR SUMMER 2024**
These procedures are put in place to allow Park Summer Camp administration the time and resources to properly retain staffing, purchase supplies, and coordinate food service for each camper. Late cancellations greatly hinder our ability to provide the best possible day camp experience for your children. We appreciate your strict adherence to the following registration requirements.
PRICING
The basic tuition is $475 per week per camper. Day Camp Week 1 is a four day week and the tuition is $380.
DEPOSIT
A non-refundable deposit of $100 per child per week is required at the time of registration to secure your child’s spot. You will be prompted to pay this in UltraCamp. Your reservations will NOT be confirmed until this is paid. The deposit is applied to your total camp fee. This deposit will hold your registration between January 4, 2024 and February 29, 2024.
PAYMENTS
All payments made with a credit card will automatically incur a 3% processing fee. ACH and debit card payments will not incur this fee.
50% of your camp tuition balance must be paid by Friday, March 1, 2024. This payment is non-refundable. The UltraCamp system will automatically process this payment for all accounts that have a credit or debit card on file. If you choose not to keep a card on file in UltraCamp, you must log in and manually process your payment by Friday, March 1, 2024. You can also mail a check to The Park School, but the check MUST BE RECEIVED by March 1, 2024 to avoid a late fee added.
Late Fee Penalties:
• Payments received after March 3, 2024 will have a $20 per camp week, per child late fee added to the total account balance.
• Payments received after March 10, 2024 will have a $25 per camp week, per child late fee added to the total account balance.
• If 50% of camp tuition is not received by Monday, March 18, 2024, your camp reservation will be cancelled without refund.
Remaining 50% of camp tuition balance must be paid in full by Saturday, June 1, 2024. This payment is non-refundable. UltraCamp guidelines as stated above apply.
Late Fee Penalties:
• Payments received after June 3, 2024 will have a $20 per camp week, per child late fee added to the total account balance.
• Payments received after June 10, 2024 will have a $25 per camp week, per child late fee added to the total account balance.
• If camp tuition is not paid in full by the end of day on Monday, June 17, 2024, your camp reservation will be cancelled without refund.
CANCELLATION & MODIFICATION POLICY
Weeks of camp can be modified based on availability. Should you wish to modify your weeks, please email parkcamp@theparkschool.org or call 716-839-1243 x133.

Week 1 (7/1-7/5): Summer Luau (no camp on July 4th)
Week 2 (7/8-7/12): Happy Days - 1950s
Week 3 (7/15-7/19): Country Fair
Week 4 (7/22-7/26): Parkstock Art Festival
Week 5 (7/29-8/2): Olympic Day
Week 6 (8/5-8/12): Farewell Frolics & 9th Grade Graduation Ceremony
