Welcome to City Kids!

This is the application for 6th grade youth applying to be part of the City Kids program. Youth are required to be:
- a DC resident
- in 6th grade only

The application takes approximately 30-45 minutes and requests information about your child, as well as your signature on participant agreement forms. Please call if you have trouble navigating the application.

Submitting the application is the first step in the City Kids selection process. City Kids only accepts 21 youth each year for the program. Victor Medina, our Program Manager, will follow up with additional information about required events after your application is complete!
