COUNSELOR-IN-TRAINING PROGRAM
Do you have a heart for God, camp and kids? Do you hope to be a camp counselor and
are you ready to learn the skills that make incredible staff? If your answer is “yes” – the
sessions offered below will give you these opportunities.
Counselor-In-Training 1 (Grades 10-11)
Learn what it really means to be a servant leader after the example of Jesus
• Gain new skills associated with the operation of camp
• Join in helping run camp with hard work and tons of fun
• Practice servant leadership - take these skills home
• This program includes one week of training and one week of practicing skills. There may be an opportunity for an additional weeks volunteer service for invited CITs.
• Minimum age of 15 at the time program begins and a rising 10th grader
• CIT1 program runs Sunday-Friday for two consecutive weeks at camp (CITs go homeon weekends)
