Schedule: Friday, April 12, 4:00 pm through Sunday, April 14, 12:00 pm

Fees: 
All registration fees are per person. Payment plans available! No registrations will be taken on-site so plan to register early. Credit Cards are the preferred method, but if you send a check make it payable to GCC Women’s Ministries and mail to Georgia-Cumberland Conference, Attn: Women’s Ministries, PO Box 12000, Calhoun, GA 30703. All registrations by mail must be received by the deadline Thursday, March 24, 2023.

Refund Policy: 
Refunds for medical emergencies or when there has been a death in the family will be granted minus a $35 processing fee. No refunds will be given after March 24, 2023. You may substitute someone to attend in your place.

Meals:
Includes Friday supper; Saturday breakfast, lunch and supper; and Sunday breakfast. Choose between 2 options: vegetarian, vegan/gluten free. The vegan/gluten free option has an extra charge of $10.00

Lodging:
When making your reservation and you choose 2, 3, or 4-person motel room you must clearly indicate your roommate choice(s) and confirm that each will be attending. No roommates will be assigned by event staff. You are responsible for finding your own roommate. Upon arrival if your roommates have not registered you will be charged for actual number of people in the room.

Children/Pets:
This retreat is ONLY for women and young ladies 10 years and older. No provisions will be made for babies, children, or husbands. NO EXCEPTIONS! Also, no animals are allowed with the exception of service dogs.

Please do not put the staff in the difficult position of having to ask you to leave the campus for any of the above reasons.

Teen Cell Phone Policy:
No cell phones or other electronics will be allowed during teen sessions. All electronics will be checked at the door and returned as they leave. There will be no exceptions.

Sabbath Offering:
Your monetary gift will help support Woven Dignity. Our missionary friend, Ruth Boyd, is working with refugees in Beirut, Lebanon. Lebanon has the highest per capita refugees of any nation. Ruth and her team at Woven Dignity, are working hard to help women have a sustainable income by sewing hand embroidered cards. They can do this from home, and it creates a dependable source of income. In turn this weaves dignity back into their lives and it is changing their gloomy reality. Learn more at wovendignity.com
