Description
If you can teach and help our campers experience sportsmanship, creativity, cooperation, respect and friendship, Camp James is the place for you! Our staff help guide campers to new outdoor activities, and more often than not, our staff has such a rewarding and fun experience they choose to return again and again. Our philosophy is Be Kind - to each other, our environment, our equipment.

Minimum Requirements and Commitment: Camp James’ staff members are seasonal employees. We operate Monday-Friday from 8:30-4:30. . All staff members must be able to work outdoors in the sun all day and swim in deep, cold water. All staff members must be First Aid and CPR certified (Child & Adult) as a pre-requisite. Ages 18 and up are eligible for Counselor or Specialist positions. Ages 16-17 are eligible for Assistant Counselor or some Specialist Positions.
