Introduction to Acrylic Painting
Description
Learn the basics of painting with acrylic paint while exploring texture, color-mixing, mark-making, and layering. Inspired by a simple still life, we will practice techniques such as underpainting, glazing and impasto to convey a sense of light, shadow and space. We will also experiment creating a personal style-- from realism to abstraction and everything in between.
