Group Program Teen Leaders
Description
Lead a group as a teen! Camp Fire groups can be co-led by teens 14-18. While initial group information and forms do need to be entered by an adult, youth can still be leaders and direct Camp Fire group activities, priorities, and meetings.

Teen Leaders will be supporting the group at meetings, on field trips, or leading groups themselves with an Adult Volunteer. All teens who are actively leading or supervising in group events must be registered as a Teen Leader.

This registration must be completed by an adult caretaker or parent, given many forms need a legal adult signature.

Starting this year, there are some new volunteer application processes for all Adult Volunteers and Teen Leaders.

Please note that “Group Leaders” are no longer their own category. If you are over 18, you are considered an Adult Volunteer and if you are 14-18th Birthday, you are considered a Teen Leader. Either of these roles can be a Group Leader, and must complete the steps involved, as outlined below.

Volunteers must complete a Volunteer Application Process, once they complete such, they can complete the Registration (in Ultracamp.) Thus, the process will flow as the following:

All Volunteers (including Adult Volunteers and Teen Leaders)
1. Volunteer Application
Once approved, you will receive an email with the direct link to register via Ultracamp.

2. UltraCamp Registration
Adult Volunteers (18+)
Teen Leaders (14-18)
Group Leaders – (can be completed by either Adult Volunteers or Teen Leaders)

3. Group Renewal Form (form only needs to be completed once per group)
