Camp Samoa 2026
Description
CAMP SAMOA 2026 will be an exclusive exciting, friendship & fun filled “Slumber Party Under the Stars” themed weekend camp just for 1300+ cookie sellers!
There will be traditional camp activities, as well as other fun filled opportunities and friendly competitions throughout the day and then tasty food, and a celebration of accomplishments Saturday evening!
The council planned activities will all occur on Saturday and “pinning ceremony” will take place Saturday evening. Friday night is self-guided for those staying. Staying options will be listed in your registration.
In coordination with this years theme, start planning your SWAP for competition and we will be having an Exterior Cabin Decorating Contest. Girls can decorate in their “Slumber Party” inspired themes Friday evening and during downtime on Saturday. Judging will be completed by 2pm Saturday.
Girls must attend with 1 registered and background checked adult each. No Tagalongs! If siblings earned Camp Samoa, they only need one adult to attend with them. Adults must be registered with a completed background check on file with GSWESTOK the week before camp occurs. Adults attending are required to remain with girls at all times and will be responsible for supervising overnight and unstructured time. Registrants will receive a sign up for activities May 15th.
If you will NOT be attending Camp Samoa and you just want your shirt & pin, please do NOT register for this event! Arrangements can be made after Camp Samoa to pick up the shirt your girl earned and her pin, as well as additional shirt purchases for 1 additional adult.

HOUSING
Cabin/Tree House space is limited and is granted on a "first-come/first serve" basis, based on your registration selection. Once cabins are full, registrations will be accepted as tent camping regardless of your preference. A limited number of tents will be available if you want to tent camp but do not have what is necessary. If you own a tent, please leave tents for those that would otherwise not have the opportunity. Want to elevate your camping experience? Stay in Camp E-Ko-Wah’s Starlit Fields (Gold Award Project created by Axel Thompson, hammocks are provided)
Any males staying overnight will only be allowed to tent camp and must limit those in their tent to girls they are related to.

MEALS
The meals included are breakfast, lunch, snacks and dinner on Saturday and light continental breakfast Sunday morning. Dinner on Friday night is NOT included. We are able to provide vegetarian, gluten free OR nut free options but you must indicate the need in your registration. If you or your camper has a combination of these needs, or dietary needs beyond those listed, please plan on bringing food substitutes/snacks for them. Any food that is brought as a substitute must be checked into the kitchen or left in vehicles - it cannot stay in cabins/tree houses/tents, even if it’s in coolers/airtight containers.
