Counselor-In-Training Orientation
Description
After a year of experience in the Teen Leadership Program, you'll be ready to take on more leadership while assisting a counselor with either a sleepaway or a day camp group during one to two week-long camp sessions. Training takes place on Thursday, June 6 from 8:30 a.m. to 5:30 p.m. and the Sunday prior to your camp session from 3 to 5 p.m. Then you can come-and-go each day of the session from 8:30 a.m. to 5:30 p.m. or stay the full week from Sunday 3 p.m. to Thursday 6:30 p.m. and participate in additional learning sessions and/or camp activities each evening. Earn steps toward Counselor-in-Training Award (not provided).
