Age 5-6 Camp Week 7 - Down Under
Description
Join us Down Under to explore the wonders of Australia and New Zealand through nature, creativity, and STEM! Each day, kids will discover unique wildlife, landscapes, and cultures of the Southern Hemisphere. Campers will learn about kangaroos, koalas, and kiwis while creating animal crafts and playing hopping games. Campers will build mini reef structures and bushfire shelters, make volcanoes erupt, and make their own "boomerangs." Sand art, shell hunts, and “underwater” sensory bins will capture the essence of Australia’s beaches, while simple dot painting introduces them to Aboriginal art. Through stories, science, and interactive play, “Down Under” brings the excitement of Australia and New Zealand to life, filled with discovery, creativity, and hands-on learning.
