Description
Here are a few tips to make your online registration process smooth and successful:

1. FIRST TIME ATTENDEES – If this is your first retreat of any kind at Camp Lebanon, you will need to set up a new account and password. Typically, your USERNAME should be your email address and your PASSWORD can be anything you like (there is not a specific number of characters or digits required).

2. RETURNING GUESTS – If you have attended any kind of camp or retreat at Camp Lebanon, you already have an account. Please DO NOT set up a new account! If you have trouble accessing your account, please call or email for assistance. Typically, your USERNAME will be your email address. If you have registered ONLINE before but can’t remember your password, you can choose to reset your password from the LOGIN screen and a new temporary password will be emailed to you within minutes!

3. EACH ATTENDEE MUST REGISTER SEPARATELY ON THEIR OWN ACCOUNTS – Individual registrations are required to keep household and contact information unique to its own account. MOTHER/DAUGHTER GUESTS: Moms and their daughters (minor campers less than 19 years of age), must register separately but on the same family account. Grandmothers (or Aunts) bringing a minor camper must register separately – the minor camper’s registration must be on the child’s own family account, not on the account of the adult bringing them to retreat.

4. FINISH YOUR REGISTRATION BEFORE EXITING THE SITE – Because your registration will not autosave, be sure to complete the CART/CHECK OUT stage to confirm your registration. Have your bank information (e-checks save Camp money!) or credit card handy. NOTE: Once you begin your registration, the spot (if available) will be automatically held for 30 minutes. After 30 minutes, your spot in the queue is released and will become available to other guests.

5. WAIT LISTS – What to do if your first-choice session is already filled:
a. You can add your name to the Wait List for that Session. This
keeps your name on the list in the order that it was received.
You will be notified by email if a spot becomes available.
b. You can choose a different session.
c. You can do BOTH! Add your name to the Wait List AND
register for a second-choice retreat. If a spot becomes
available in your first-choice retreat, we can simply move your
registration.

6. SPREAD THE WORD & HELP YOUR FRIENDS! If your friend does not have email, please have them contact the camp office for registration assistance.

7. NEED HELP? For assistance, please call Camp @ (320) 403-9555 during regular office hours - Monday – Friday 9am-5pm.
