Description
Program Name
Junior Counselor / Junior Wrangler (J.C./J.W.): 6/17-6/21 at Trefoil Ranch (Entering Grade 12)

Program Description
By the time you reach the Junior Counselor/Wrangler program, you will be ready to jump into camp life and practice the leadership and camp skills you’ve built over the years. Spend one week at Trefoil Ranch in an intensive Junior Counselor/Wrangler training, a refresher of LIT, CIT/WIT 1, and CIT/WIT 2 workshops. This will also include training components such as emergency procedures, incident reporting, camper management, and bully prevention. Junior Counselors/Wranglers will participate in a mock interview with leadership staff to learn how camp staff interviews look, and they will receive Quick Cards and a Bag of Tricks. After completing the week of training, participants will come back to camp for two weeks to complete the Junior Counselor/Wrangler internship. Junior Counselors/Wranglers may choose to complete their internships in a unit or a program area at Camp Cloud Rim or Trefoil Ranch and will select internship date preferences in their UltraCamp accounts (located with their health forms).
