Expedition Reptile & Amphibian
Description
Registration Requirements: Preregistration required.

Ages of Children Served: 6-13 years (Campers will split into smaller, age-appropriate groups upon arrival.)

Camp Description: Join our exciting expedition for all the slithery, slimy, and scaly animals who call Rowe Woods their home. Scoop your net deep in the pond, turn over rocks at the creek, and search the forest floor for hiding spots of reptiles and amphibians! With your new friends, make crafts and play games inspired by these spectacular animals. We’ll investigate the differences between reptiles and amphibians and learn how we can protect these amazing creatures. Campers will experience a special presentation featuring living creatures ranging from friendly snakes to giant lizards. Families are welcome to join us on Friday morning as we check out snake hideouts around the Fernwood Shelter.

Cost: With Family Membership $310; without Family Membership or nonmember $375. Only members with Family Membership (or higher) receive a discount.
