Introduction to Strength and Conditioning
Description
Learn the basics of strength and conditioning. Students will learn proper movement and exercise patterns. Starting with body weight exercises, students will progress to resistance training while learning how to use a variety of fitness equipment. Train for sports, prevent injury, improve athletic ability, or simply improve your health.
