Fernclipse Intergenerational Solar Eclipse Retreat

Ferncliff and the Office of Christian Formation of the Presbyterian Mission Agency are partnering to offer a 4 day, 3 night intergenerational Creation Care event culminating with the total solar eclipse!

From Saturday April 6th - Tuesday April 9th, individuals, families, and groups are invited to attend this intergenerational event centered on and culminating with the total solar eclipse. 

Enjoy delicious meals in the dining hall, comfortable accommodations, fellowship with other attendees, and lots of fun camp activities throughout the event!

The cost to attend is $199 per participant, plus lodging (cost varies depending on the lodging facility.) A 50% nonrefundable deposit is due at the time of registration, which applies to the total cost of the program. The full balance will be charged 6 weeks prior to the event.

Located on 1200 acres Ferncliff is a camp, conference center, and a center of mission and ministry focused on making a positive difference in the world. As an expression of God's love, Ferncliff welcomes people into a life of caring for Creation, others and themselves.

Ferncliff is situated in the foothills of the Ouachita Mountains, just west of Little Rock, Arkansas. We are less than 30 minutes from LIT airport and downtown Little Rock.

The cost to attend this event is $199 PER PERSON in your party. Please indicate the number of participants in your party who will be attending the event. Children under the age of 3 attend for free!

Meals that are included in program fee are Saturday, April 6th dinner, Sunday, April 7th breakfast, lunch and dinner, Monday April 8th breakfast, lunch and dinner, and Tuesday, April 9th breakfast only. 

This fee also covers all family-friendly activities, guided by Ferncliff staff and volunteers, that will be offered on Sunday and Monday. Activities will include: canoeing, archery, games, service, guided nature hikes, eclipse-themed science and art projects. 		+ $199.00
Fernclipse Lodging
Fernclipse Lodging - Brown Center ($64.50 per bed/per night)
Brown Lodge Hotel Style Accommodations. Please indicate the number of rooms you will need for your party. Each room sleeps up to 4 people (two double beds.)

Each room in the Brown Center has a private bathroom with shower and a desk with a lake view. All the beds and bedspreads are new.  For your convenience, all rooms come equipped with free wifi, a coffee maker and hair dryer.		+ $387.00
Fernclipse Lodging - Williams Lodge ($33 per bed/per night)
Williams Lodge Motel Style Accommodations. Please indicate the number of rooms you will need for your party. Each room sleeps up to 3 people (three single beds).

Historic Williams Lodge was Ferncliff's first adult friendly lodging when it was built in 1950.  Each room in Williams Lodge has a private bathroom with shower and wifi.		+ $297.00
Fernclipse Lodging - Belden Cabins ($22.90 per bed/per night)
Belden Pond Modern Youth Cabins. Please indicate the number of cabins you will need for your party. Each cabin sleeps up to 10 people (bunk beds).

There are five top bunks and five are bottom bunks. Three of the lower level bunks have tempurpedic mattresses.  Each cabin has a private bathroom and shower areas that include 2 sinks, 2 showers and 2 toilets. Each of the cabins has a small entry porch and overlook Belden Pond. There are several fire pits nearby each of the cabins.		+ $687.00
Fernclipse Lodging - Yurts ($22.90 per bed/per night)
Yurt Village Yurts. Please indicate the number of yurts you will need for your party. Each yurt sleeps up to 10 people (bunk beds).
Five are top bunks and five are bottom bunks. There is a large deck that adjoins a shared bathhouse with showers, sinks and toilets. There is also a paved stone patio with a fire pit nearby.		+ $687.00
