Description
This dynamic class focuses on developing coordination, balance, flexibility, and strength through a mix of skill-building exercises and playful movement activities. Students will explore beginner gymnastics skills on the balance beam, bars, vault, and floor, including forward and backward rolls, handstands, bridges, cartwheels, and more.

Designed as an introduction to tumbling, this class helps young movers build confidence and body awareness in a fun, supportive environment. All levels are welcome.
