Shine Brightly! Yoga and Art Camp !
We are all Super Stars as we mindfully learn to express ourselves through Yoga poses that build confidence, strength and coordination. We will be empowered to SHINE as we build on these skills through storytelling and creative arts and crafts to bring home. In conclusion of the class we will take some time to relax and to focus on gratitude .
* Please bring a yoga mat to camp. This can be left in the classroom the week of camp.
