Wrestling Takedown Camp
Description
This camp is led by Program Head and Varsity Wrestling head coach, Stephen Spada and is assisted by assistant coach, Willie Jackson. The camp focuses on general conditioning, tumbling exercises, lots of neutral drilling with some top and bottom work, situational live goes with lots of live wrestling and a takedown tournament!
