Guest Speaker: Dr. Richard Davidson is Senior Research Professor of Old Testament Interpretation at the Seventh-day Adventist Theological Seminary, Andrew University, in Berrien Springs, Michigan. He has served on the Seminary faculty since 1979. Davidson has authored ten books, including Flame of Yahweh:Sexuality in the Old Testament (2007), A Song for the Sanctuary (2022), a commentary on the Song of Songs (2022), and a commentary on the book of Exodus (2025). He has also published numerous chapters in scholarly books, articles for referred journals and popular religious magazines, and scholarly papers at professional meetings and presentations for TV and social media outlets. He is married to Jo Ann Mazat Davidson who is also a Senior Research Professor at Andrews University Theological Seminary. They have a daughter, Rahel Wells, and a son, Jonathan. Davidson enjoys sharing Scripture and helping to make it come alive in people's experience, whether in Bible Lands tours, scholarly or popular writings, the classroom, pastors' meetings, week-end seminars in local churches or Bible conferences. His favorite outdoor activities include backpacking, mountaineering, cross-country skiing, and tennis.

Cabins are equipped with 5 bunks (10 beds) with mattresses, table, chairs, shower, toilet, sink, kitchenette with stove top and oven, small dorm style refrigerator and heat. Guest must bring their own linens, cooking, eating and cleaning utensils and supplies.		+ $156.00
