Please know that your safety is our number one priority. Due to Covid-19, Moon Beach has non-negotiable policies, safety practices and procedures in place that will help to keep our community safe. This means that camp will be a little different this year. As this is a dynamic situation, our practices will be examined and modified regularly so that we reflect the most current science-based recommendations. Prior to each event, all registered guests will receive information about what exactly to expect. It is important that you read this material carefully and relay all the information to those attending with you. Thanks for your commitment to a safe community at Moon Beach!
**This is NOT a Camp AweSum Family Camp.
Moon Beach has a long history of family camping hosted in the beauty and solitude of Wisconsin’s Northwoods. Families of all definitions — traditional families, extended family groups, couples, singles and many other nontraditional family groups continue to gather for rejuvenation, relaxation, fun and fellowship.
Tucked under towering white and red pines, our cozy and comfortable family-style cabins are heated for comfort on cool summer evenings, include indoor plumbing facilities, and offer a beautiful view overlooking Moon Lake! Meals created by the Moon Beach Staff are a treat in themselves, and leaving the cooking and cleaning to us is one way you'll see us practice the ministry of hospitality each day!
The Moon Beach property features a sandy waterfront, access to four lakes with thousands of feet of shoreline,100 acres of wooded land filled with wildlife and trails, and a wonderful bog. Come play in the crystal clear waters of Moon Lake, relax as you fish the peaceful lakes, indulge your creative side in Arts and Crafts, visit with old and new friends, or just sit quietly soaking up the peace and serenity of the Northwoods.
Each camp event takes on its own personality as participants gather to share, explore, relax and play. The relaxed daily schedule balances opportunities for personal faith development, meaningful time with family and friends, and time to enjoy the peaceful Northwoods.
