Once Upon a Chessboard: Little Thinkers, Big Adventures
Description
In this fun and imaginative camp designed especially for our youngest learners, children will be introduced to the magical world of chess through storytelling, play, and hands-on exploration. Campers will learn about the chess pieces as characters with unique roles and personalities, practice taking turns, and develop early problem-solving skills. Through cooperative games, creative activities, and mini challenges, students will begin to “Know Themselves” as thinkers, “Know Others” through teamwork and good sportsmanship, and “Know the World” by discovering how chess connects imagination, logic, and strategy.
