Description
Ignite a love for chemistry with a week of exciting, hands-on food science experiments! Campers will discover the many chemical reactions caused by everyday foods and liquids right in the kitchen. We'll explore fascinating transformations, learn how vegetables become vibrant dyes and change colors, how to extract natural perfumes, and the science behind creating candy. Students will find out how to make their very own ice cream, explore the vitamins found in cereals, and try fun milk tricks. They'll watch eggs turn rubbery, see how natural gases can inflate balloons, and finish the week with a spectacular Coca-Cola day of experiments. This camp makes learning chemistry irresistible!
