Description
Join former professional cake artist Suzy Brooks for a fun, focused class where campers unlock the secrets to creating stunning, professional-quality cakes and cupcakes. This creative week is your first step toward edible artistry! You will confidently master buttercream icing basics, practice essential piping techniques with professional tools and various tips, and learn to crumb coat and smoothly ice a cake using an offset spatula. By the time the week is complete, you'll feel proud taking home your own beautifully designed and decorated 6" round cake, showcasing all the wonderful techniques you've learned!
