Kinder Preview (SMH STUDENTS ONLY)
Description
Do you want to prevent the anxiety and trepidation that often accompany starting school? The emphasis of “Kindergarten Preview” will be to make learning fun and to help students enjoy a smooth transition from Montessori to Kindergarten. The students will practice basic routines and procedures designed to build the foundation for a successful kindergarten year. A wide variety in curriculum will be offered, including language arts, math, science, art, and center time. The exposure to kindergarten materials and activities in a fun, easy-going atmosphere will help to create a comfortable entry to the world of kindergarten.
