Description
Come see why Dungeons & Dragons ® and other roleplaying games have been played by millions of people worldwide. These games appeal to the creative side, utilize a good deal of math, encourage critical thinking and problem solving, and are built around social interaction. And they're fun! Most of the time, we will play a game very similar to D&D ® that can be learned more quickly and played more easily. Exploring worlds of magic and fantasy, solving riddles, finding hidden treasures, and of course, slaying monsters – all on a tabletop using paper and dice. In addition, there will be challenges for creative projects in small groups and some lessons in strategy, tactics, and probability. Parent inquiries are welcome on any aspect of the camp!
