Math Matters
Description
Become empowered, enlightened, and excited in this fun, practice-oriented math course for 5th to 7th grade students. Students will get a head-start on math vocabulary, concepts, and important math facts. In this week-long course, 5th grade students will learn about algebraic thinking and geometry, for example, and 6th and 7th grade students will learn about ratios, expressions, and equations. The class is meant to sharpen the students’ skills, as well as get them ahead for the following year.
