Experience MyGym fun at FRA! MyGym is a gymnastics-based program that teaches gymnastics skills through relays, games, and teamwork skills. We focus on all body muscles, and fine/gross motor skills while promoting a healthy lifestyle through exercise and FUN! Each class curriculum will be different bringing new challenges to keep our kids engaged and excited for their next session.
