Middle & Upper School Experience: July 6-10
Description
With our Middle and Upper School Experience format, participants may select a morning enrichment session of their choice, and then choose to stay for our afternoon experience, The Swarm (see below). We also have several full day opportunities for both Middle and Upper School students scattered throughout our eight-week Summer Program that will allow students to experience service learning, adventure, and team building.

Our age-appropriate offerings are similar to the Seven Hills’ School experience — hands-on, engaging, and creative. The Summer Program offers a full spectrum of activities for rising fifth graders through twelfth graders to enjoy.

7 Hills Bake Off
Grades 5-9
Instructor: Laura Clemens
Camp snapshot: Bake a cake, loaf of bread, fancy cookies, pie, and much more in this competition-style baking experience. Bakers of all experience levels are welcome as we will discuss and practice key techniques as well as try challenges in each of the baking disciplines. Join us to bake, eat, and see who will be the Summer 2024 Seven Hills Bake Off Champion!

Aerial Fit
Instructor: Hello Sunshine
Ready to feel like you are flying, all while building strength and developing a new skill? Students will learn how to safely use the aerial hammock to float, flip, and fly while building balance, confidence and having fun. This aerial class will take place at Hello Sunshine Studios in Pleasant Ridge and end with a class showcase. Drop off and pick up will be at Seven Hills.

Dungeons and Dragons Club
Instructor: Megan Whitt
This popular game captivates people who love fantasy, storytelling, and adventures. Join this world full of different characters, created by our very own Seven Hills campers, and learn the basic rules of this epic game. Children will be able to experience the directions of the Dungeon Master, battle foes, and search for treasure! The best part? All of this game is
created with imagination and stories!

The Swarm

Grades 5-6 & Grades 7-8

Instructor: Elliot Glum
The Swarm offers kids the opportunity each afternoon to meet up with old friends they haven’t seen all summer and to make new ones! Spend time playing games and sports, going on trips, and making new social connections. The group will collaborate to select activities and truly create their own experience. While each week will be designed around the students’ interests, Tuesdays and Thursdays will feature a planned trip.
