This is a two-week program for
Seven Hills rising 10th grade students. Instructor: Lindsey Steuer
Summer P.E. will follow, as closely
as possible, the established physical education curriculum for sophomores as stated in the current course description. Students will be exposed to a variety of lifetime sports and activities as well as fitness exercises that aim to provide stress relief to each student. Yoga and pilates will be incorporated throughout the curriculum as well as self-defense. Students
will also learn new workouts in the weight
room and different fitness
workouts they can use outside of the classroom. Lifetime sports that will
be taught include, but are not limited to, golf, tennis, frisbee golf, cornhole, badminton, and bowling.

Seven Hills rising 10th graders who want to earn their P.E. credit during the summer
